
Meet The Team, Past & Present

Lila Baxter
Senior: BS Computer Science
Lila hopes to find a job doing game or software development, and explore interesting places with their girlfriend. In their spare time, they play video games, program for fun, and fix/upgrade their computer. Playing with their cats is also a must. Lila is currently working on an electricity market multi-objective optimization to demonstrate the competing values (e.g., cost, CO2 footprint) inherent in our national grid.

Madeline Fisher
Alum: BS Civil Engineering
Madeline is from Upper Arlington, Ohio, and graduated in May 2025. She his currently enrolled for her Masters in Environmental Engineering at the University of Dayton, and continues to pursue dance. In the LRG, Madeline presented at FYEE and EWRI, and published work on LCA in engineering education.

Evan Budnik
Alum: BS Civil Engineering
Evan is from Powell, Ohio and graduated in May 2025, with a concentration in Environmental Engineering. Evan’s long term goal is to complete his professional engineering license and complete work in the public sector. He currently works at GPD Group in the power group doing transmission line design. In the LRG, Evan presented at FYEE and EWRI, and published work on LCA in engineering education.

Blake Schubert
Alum: BS Civil Engineering
Blake is from North Perry, Ohio and graduated in May 2025, with a concentration in Environmental Engineering. Blake's long term career goal is to become a certified professional engineer. He currently works as a Water Resource Engineer at Osborn Engineering. As part of the LRG, Blake presented at EWRI and published work on LCA in engineering education.

Brady Harmon
Alum: BS Civil Engineering
Brady is from Findlay, Ohio and graduated in 2023. He has strong interests in civil engineering, the environment, and sustainability. He currently works as an engineer at Marathon Petroleum in Findlay, designing and maintaining waterway crossings for pipelines. As part of the LRG, Brady published work on hydraulic fracturing, and presented at the FYEE Conference in 2023.
